- Reception was very warm although there was a lot going on (4 counters were occupied). - The equipment is super modern and as an addon there is a pad machine for coffee and tea in the room. - Parking (plus 10€) is uncomplicated - the elevator leads directly to the reception and to the floors (a total of 4 elevators). - Skybar on the top floor with a great view of the mountains. The drink prices are ok. The location: directly at the fairground - we can't judge how easy it is to get there by public transport but we have seen stops in the immediate vicinity. We were at a concert in the exhibition hall (walking distance approx, 4 min from door to door).

- It was only superficially cleaned: Fittings (dusty make-up mirror, dried liquid on the tiles, dusty shelf). - there was a silver fish in the sink. - Breakfast costs 23€ p.p. extra. - this is inappropriate. Opposite the hotel is a shopping mall with two bakeries - here you invest half for a sufficient breakfast. Criticism on a high level: - shampoo, soap and used body lotion available - at least ear sticks or cotton wool pads would be normal for the hotel and price category (4 stars, 120 €)

Nice welcome, nice and clean rooms, good facilities, great view, large selection for breakfast and also very tasty

A little sketchy at check-in. Elevator (card use). Use of underground car park. Bar with bad service, long waiting time, because there are no clean glasses, barkeeper was a bit unfriendly, In spite of an advance inquiry and advance notification in case of a gluten allergy of a fellow traveller, which we immediately reported when entering the breakfast room. We waited more than 1 hour in vain for the gluten-free pastry, even after repeated inquiries again and again only put off, it will come right away, unfortunately this did not work out, then all the others had finished breakfast and the fellow travellers had no appetite anymore! A pity

It was very quite ,u think u are the only guest in the hotel. Very peaceful.

Ultra modern hotel. With fantastic views of the Alps and nicely located next to a shopping mall. Large rooms and wonderful wet room/shower.

Nice overall experience

Not really an issue, but could use larger selection on the menu of the restaurant.

Outdoor swimming pool and terrasse, good wellness centre, design hotel, parking facilities, close to Dornbirn centre, 10 min Bregenz, 20 min Lindau

The weather was too hot and the air conditioning didn't work !!Impossible stay in the room during the day!Fortunately in the evening was a little better

Excellent breakfast buffet on the 11th floor.

Disappointed that the indoor pool was not open as I had planned to swim. Did not want to swim in the outdoor pool because it was meant for laps and people were swimming laps.

The hotel (built in 2005) is perfectly clean with a superb range of facilities. Breakfast is excellent and always fresh. The hotel is well situated so you dont need a navigation to look for it. The hotel is about 10 minutes from Bregenz and 30 minutes from Lindau (by car). There is a wifi (however only in the lobby) free of charge, a free internet-PC and a wired internet connection in the room. We liked the stay and would come again.

Excellent service. Breakfast very varied and copious, with fresh food of high quality. Room very clean and well organized space. Fantastic view from top floor restaurant and from the room.

I liked the indoor pool area, and the view from the restaurant. Also the shuttle buss service to take you to the Opera at the Constance lake, Bregenz, was very convenient

The room was too small, and it faced a shopping mall and its parking area, and this view was not properly explained neither in the reservation or the check-in processes. The room service menu was very limited and expensive

I thought the rooms were beautiful the staff were very helpful and the spa areas wonderful

It was hard to book beauty treatments

The location overlooking the mountainous area is wonderful. The hotel is clean with very friendly staff. The restaurant food and the view is exceptional.
